அறிவோம் துணைமருத்துவ பட்ட படிப்புகள்: பி.எஸ்சி. - இதய நுரையீரல் ரத்த ஓட்ட தொழில் நுட்பம். (B.Sc., Cardio Pulmonary Perfusion Technology) 

இந்த பி.எஸ்சி. பட்டபடிப்பு நான்கு வருட படிப்பு. மூன்று வருடங்கள் படிப்பும் ஒரு வருடம் பயிற்சியுமாக வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்த படிப்பு சார்ந்த இதயம் மற்றும் நுரையீரலுக்கான அடிப்படை மருத்துவ  கல்விபுகட்டப்படும்.

இத்துடன் இதயம் மற்றும் நுரையீரல் சார்ந்த அறுவை சிகிச்சைகளில் குறிப்பாக பைபாஸ் அறுவை சிகிச்சைகளில் உபயோகப்படுத்தப்படும் இதய நுரையீரல் இயந்திரத்தை கையாளுவது குறித்த நேரடி பயிற்சி வழங்கப்படும். 

இதயத்தில் அறுவை சிகிச்சை நடக்கும் போது இதய அறுவை சிகிச்சை நிபுணருக்கு உதவியாக ஹார்ட் லங்க் மெஷினை கையாளும் நுட்புணராக பணிசெய்ய வேண்டும். 

அந்த இயந்திரத்தை சுத்தம் செய்வது , தொற்று நீக்கம் செய்வது, பராமரிப்பது போன்ற விஷயங்கள் கற்றுத் தரப்படும். 

எதிர்காலம் - இதயம் சார்ந்த  பைபாஸ் அறுவை சிகிச்சைகள் / இதய அறுவைசிகிச்சை நடைபெறும் இடத்தில் இதய நோய் சிறப்பு அறுவை சிகிச்சை நிபுணர்களுக்கு உதவும் குழுவில்  நுட்புணர்களாக பணி புரியலாம். 

கல்வித் தகுதி

அறிவியல் பாடங்களுடன் மேல்நிலை தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். MPCB அல்லது PCBZ அடங்கிய பாடதொகுப்பில் மேல்நிலை (10+2) கல்வி அல்லது அதற்கு சமமான தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். அறிவியல் பாடத்தொகுப்பில் அல்லது பயோமேத்ஸ் பாடத்தொகுப்பில் ஆங்கிலம் உட்பட பாடங்களில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 50% மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.

எங்கு படிப்பது?

தமிழகத்தில் எண்ணற்ற பயிற்சி நிறுவனங்கள் உள்ளன. பெரும்பாலான தமிழக அரசு மருத்துவ கல்லூரிகளில் இந்த படிப்பு வழங்கப்படுகிறது. தனியார் கல்லூரிகளிலும் படிக்கலாம். 

கட்டணம்:

அரசு மருத்துவ கல்லூரியில் ஆண்டுக்கு ₹ 3000/- மட்டும்.

 

அரசு ஒதுக்கீட்டில் கலந்தாய்வு மூலம் தனியார்/சுயநிதி கல்லூரியில் சேந்தால், ஆண்டுக்கு ₹ 35000/- - 40,000/-.

சுயநிதி கல்லூரியில் தேரடி/மேனேஜ்மென்ட் சீட்டில் சேர்ந்தால், ஆண்டுக்கு 1,00,000/-.

Perfusion Technology is a branch of science which deals with the study of physiology, pathology and associated equipment used to support and/or assume the function of the heart and/or lungs during medical procedures.

B.Sc. Cardio Pulmonary Perfusion Care Technology

The Cardio- Thoracic surgeon needs to work on a Stopped Heart for certain surgeries and it is necessary to temporarily replace the patient's heart and lung function. It is the responsibility of the perfusionist (A candidate completing the B. Sc (Cardio Pulmonary Perfusion care Technology Course), a specialized healthcare professional, to assume the function of the heart and/or lungs during these surgical procedures.

A perfusionist operates a heart-lung machine, which is an artificial blood pump, which propels oxygenated blood to the patient's tissues while the surgeon operates on the heart. The perfusionist manages the physiological and metabolic demands of the patient while the cardiac surgeon operates on the heart. It is also the perfusionist's responsibility to deliver the drug that stops the heart.

A perfusionist generally spends 90% of his or her time in the operation theatre for cardiac cases, but the responsibilities extending to the areas such as cardiovascular intensive care unit and catheterization laboratory.
